It has a 4 x 10 m communal chlorine pool with a minimum and maximum depth of 1.80 m. Enjoy great evenings outdoors with your family and friends on your fully furnished terrace.

The 95 m2 apartment, located on the 2nd floor with an elevator, has 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and the other two with 2 single beds each. The house also has another bathroom with a bathtub that serves the entire house.
In its spacious living room you can sit on the sofa to relax watching TV or simply rest. In the dining room located in the same room you can also enjoy family meals. In the kitchen, independent and gas, you will have everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes without any problem. It has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The Gandía beach area has everything you need: supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, shops, markets and a fantastic leisure offer. Its beautiful beach that extends for more than 3km, with fine white sand, the great gastronomic offer, and water sports will make your vacation unforgettable.
